Thinking Positive Being Positive

Thinking Positive Being Positive

My week end was pretty good, I spent good time with family, few hours with friends and having fun with my hobbies...
It seems almost perfect I can say...but... Saurday was a nervy day, everything was not turning so well...I didn't step on my right leg (which can happen), I was not even smiling (which is not so normal for me)....
I realized my actions were not helping me....wait wait...what was I saying? My actions?? Are they independent from what I think,do and get?
NOOO!!
I stopped and I said "MY DAY should be MINE!! I started checking my mouth then...I was saying sooo many bad words to myself, also my words...
Are they connected to each others?? YES!!!

My actions, my feelings, my day

It was very easy to change or better REPLACE MY WORDS...see the following:
"What a s..t day!!! look I should stay home today, nothing works!!"

I show you 3 mistakes of the sentence above:
1) Bad words: this is a common mistake, we think that spreading them out of our mouth will help us...rememeber WE OWN OUR WORDS! they will make our feelings then
2) Giving up: human being use to take the easiest way... the less we fight, the easier it is...that's what sounds good to our ears...LIE!! We become stronger climbing our mountains, keeping on! if we give up we will then do it even quicker every day
3) Extreme words: this is not so good for yourself...WORDS LEAD TO EXPECTATIONS!!,
it is almost impossible to reach an extreme goal, because they are not real! This will give you a bda feeling, you may fail in your mind...

I show you now 3 solutions:
1) Check your mouth: try to void this kind of words when you are bit too high, we shouldn't talk so much if we are angry, excited and so on...
2) Are you sure you can't do it? Try to ask this question to yourself everytime, I think you can do it or at least give to yourself a chance to do it.
3) Moderate words: try to replace NEGATIVE with NOT THE BEST, you will be more free to fail or to change your mind.

Will you speak better now?
