Saving energy is one of new challenge human being is going to face... I am working at the moment in the industrial motive field and everything is just claiming about ENERGY SAVING.

How can we save our energy?

We want to save the World, firs we need to save ourself for sure.

It is rather impossible to save something so big as our land if we are not even able to save what is good in us.

As our thoughts, our ideas flows, same our energy does... we spend energy during our working day, we spend energy during our sport activity, we spend energy....we spend energy everyday...

We spend energy most of all with people of our life...

You talk to your partner and you get disappointed...that feeling makes a bad thought in your mind and that bad thought takes your energy....

Result: You don't get anything good, your day goes wrong because your thought is corrupted...

What can we do then?

1) Energy is our blood:  Sometime we do spend energy with unuseful people, we just go our for a drink and come back home out of energy, we feel tired...DON'T FOLLOW YOUR DAILY HABIT!! Try to choose useful people for your life, good friends have to make you feel good not bad!!

2) Be useful for yourself: This is extremely important, everyday we should check how useful we were for ourself, doing useful things for us is one of the best daily duty.

Check how good you did and try to improve, wasting time takes you to bad result and bad feelings

3) Recharging your soul:  I know this matters a lot for me...actually, this should matter for everyone.

Creative people use to spend a lot of time on their own to recharge their batteries.... As I am a battery sales man I can tell you: RECHARGING YOUR BATTERY IS A MATTER OF LIFE!!! Our battery is our soul and our spirit, they walk together on the same path, feed one to each other!!!
